Lindsay Goodison

Lindsay Goodison is an independent consultant with more than 15 years of experience providing technical assistance and policy guidance to criminal justice agencies. Her work focuses on policy writing, agency assessments, and developing research-based guidelines for strengthening performance. Prior to starting her own consulting business, Lindsay spent 8 years at the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) where she helped develop the Department of Justice guidelines for body-worn cameras and managed projects regarding homicide investigations, use of force, response to the opioid crisis, sexual assault response, and officer hiring and training. Lindsay earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and an M.S. in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania.
